Mat based pilates workout that is great for everybody! We'll work through the foundational movements while adding in layers to increase the challenge or offer support! Optional household props are encouraged , but not necessary to add some variety!

Optional props: small fitball or pillows, magic circle or belt that can be tied, light weights or soup cans/bottled water, chair or bench
